The fifth generation of the Garcia de la Cruz family’s brother, Javier, passed away at 27 years old, from heart complications due to Down’s Syndrome and his loss still affects us to this day.  We want to keep his memory alive by making it easier for others to access resources that were unavailable to him.

Garcia de la Cruz proudly supports the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation because we can testify to the lasting impact that organizations like these have on the struggles of people going through life’s challenges due to childhood illnesses.

Garcia de la Cruz X American Heart Association

The American Heart Association is not just a charity. They are crusaders, innovators, scientist and partners. Their mission is to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.

Did you know the heart-healthy benefits of olive oil have been recognized by the FDA and olive oil is certified by the American Heart Association as Heart-Healthy Food? Consuming more than half a tablespoon of olive oil daily was associated with a 15% lower risk of having any type of cardiovascular disease and a 21% lower risk of having coronary heart disease.

Garcia de la cruz Olive Oil is honored to be certified by the American Heart Association and to partner with them through events and campaign’s donations to support their mission and cause.
