Turkey Cannelloni

INGREDIENTS

FOR FOUR

- 400 g of ground turkey meat

- 1 bell pepper

- ½ onion

-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

- 80g of grated cheese

- 1 teaspoon of oregano

-12 tubes of pre-cooked cannelloni

- 2 tablespoons Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

BECHAMEL

- 2 tablespoons Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 2 tablespoons of flour

- ½ teaspoon of salt

- ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Chop the onion and pepper and fry it in a pan with Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then add the minced meat and season it. Add the tablespoon of oregano. When the meat is cooked, put it on the side.

2. Let's prepare the bechamel! In a saucepan at medium / low temperature, add Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When the oil is hot, add the flour and stir.When it begins to thicken, add the milk little by little while continuing to stir. Add the salt and paprika and mix

3. Cover the base of a baing tray with bechame.  Fill up the cannelloni with the minced meat and put them on the tray. Cover them with more bechamel and sprinkle cheese on top. 

4. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and cook the cannelloni for 10-15 minutes.
