INGREDIENTS
For two
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Infused Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 390ºF.
2. Wash and cut the lemon in half. Slice one half and squeeze the juice of the other half into a bowl.
3. In the bowl, combine the salt, garlic, rosemary, oregano and two tablespoons of 2 tablespoons Lemon Infused Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the lemon juice.
4. On a baking tray, place the chicken thighs and brush them with the mix.
5. Add the lemon slices to the tray and bake for 45 minutes.
